I. Event Duration

The Lovense Cyber Monday Sale (“the Event”) begins on December 1, 2025, at 00:00 EDT and ends on December 9, 2025, at 23:59 EDT.

II. Event Details

During the Event period, customers may enjoy timelimited discounts and free gifts with purchase, as detailed below.

All gifts and discounted items are available while stocks last.

III. Discount & Gift Details

1. Product Discounts

Selected items are eligible for discounts up to 60% off.

Discounted products include, but are not limited to:

Lush 4, Gush 2, Solace Pro, Domi 2, Flexer, Ambi, Gravity, etc.

Discounts apply only to designated SKUs shown on the event page.

2. Buy 2 Get 55% Off

Buy any two eligible toys and receive 55% off on both items.

Exclusions: E-gift card, webcam, Lovense sex machine, Lovense Mini sex machine products are excluded from the 55% offer.

3. Buy 3 Toys, Get 1 Gift (Gift Allocation Based on Inventory)

When you purchase three toys in the same order (excluding orders consisting solely of e-gift cards or accessories), you will receive one complimentary toy selected from eligible models such as Tenera 2, Vulse, Dolce, Tenera, Calor, Lapis, Ambi, and others; the final gift model will be allocated according to regional logistics arrangements and real-time warehouse inventory, and the actual gift received shall be the one displayed on the official checkout page, which may differ from the examples listed, with no non-quality-related exchanges permitted.

4. Gift Availability

Due to varying inventory levels across warehouses and time periods, gift models may differ by region.

Non-quality-related gift exchanges are not supported.

IV. Return & Warranty Policy

1. Event products are sold “as is”, with no special warranty other than Lovense’s standard product warranty.

2. Gifts provided under this Event are nonreturnable, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable except for quality issues.

3. Returns for purchased products follow Lovense’s general return policy.

V. Limitations & Purchase Conditions

1. Customers must complete checkout during the Event period to enjoy discounts or gifts.

2. Offers are valid while supplies last and may end early if stock runs out.

3. Each order is eligible for one free gift only (for the Buy 3 Get 1 promotion).

4. Lovense is not responsible for delays, technical issues, or failure to receive orders or gifts caused by network or logistics issues.

5. Special Lovense activities—including Group Buy, Student Offer, Birthday Offer, 10-Year Quality Guarantee, and Fanfunding—have their own dedicated entry points and fixed promotional mechanics. The Cyber Monday Sale cannot be combined with any of these special activities or the Wish-list promotion.However, users who are eligible for the 15-Minute Reorder benefit may still participate in the Cyber Monday Sale.

6. Customers may choose either to use a coupon or to enjoy the Cyber Monday Sale product discounts. If a customer opts to use a coupon, the participating toy prices in the cart will automatically revert to the standard 50% OFF tier, after which the coupon discount will be applied.

7. Sex accessories and Kraken products are not eligible for the Cyber Monday Sale discounts.

VI. Liability

Lovense shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the Event, except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

VII. Rights & Interpretation

1. Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time.

2. The final interpretation of this Event belongs solely to Lovense.

3. The general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy of Lovense apply.
