Ma prostate était à la merci de chaque bruit de la ville

Every car horn, every checkout beep, and every stranger's voice became a trigger. This is what happens when a prostate toy meets real world chaos.

So this whole thing started because a friend told me about the Sound Mode feature. She was like you have to wear it outside and just let whatever's happening around you control it. I couldn't stop thinking about it all day so I figured fuck it I'll try it on a grocery run.

 

I never do stuff like this outside the house. That's always been my rule. But something about that day made me want to see what would happen. Got the Edge 2 in, made sure it sat right, threw on some thick black pants and headed out. Didn't turn it on straight away, just walked for like 10 minutes getting used to having it in. Then I switched on Sound Mode.

 

Ok so at home its pretty chill right, like 40dB is basically nothing. Outside?? Completely different. The street noise alone had it going at like a constant medium buzz that I was not prepared for. A bus went past and the vibration jumped so hard I literally stumbled. Had to stop and pretend I was looking at my phone while I turned the sensitivity down. Ended up setting the back motor to 70% and front to 20% because otherwise there was no way I was making it to the shop.

 

The worst part is you can't predict anything. A car door slams and suddenly you're getting hit with something you weren't ready for. Some guy laughed really loud behind me and I flinched. Just had to keep walking and breathing and acting like a normal person which is harder than it sounds when your legs are doing stuff on their own.

 

Inside the shop was chaos. Music playing, carts everywhere, people talking, the thing never stopped. At one point I got cocky and pushed sensitivity to 100% just to see. Lasted maybe five seconds before I had to yank it back down my heart was going insane. To everyone around me I'm just some dude staring at pasta. Meanwhile I'm holding onto the cart trying to get it together.

 

There was this one moment where I bent down to grab something off the bottom shelf and some kid dropped something right next to me and the noise spike was so intense I had to grab the shelf and just stay there pretending to read the nutrition label until it passed lol.

 

Checkout was the worst though. Those scanner beeps?? They're sharp and they come fast and every single one is a direct hit. I'm standing there staring at the card machine trying to look bored out of my mind while my whole body is fighting me. The cashier asked if I wanted a bag and I genuinely don't remember what I said.

 

Got home, dropped the bags, but the adrenaline was still going so I walked to this park near my place. Way calmer there, just bikes going past and birds and stuff. Totally different vibe from the store but still enough to keep things interesting.

 

The whole thing was wild. Just walking around looking like everybody else but having this completely private thing happening that nobody had any idea about. I'll definitely do it again but maybe not at 100% sensitivity in a grocery store lol.
